RealtorLab Partner Agreement
This agreement is between RealtorLab ("we," "us"), operated by [legal entity name], and the person or business accepting it ("Partner," "you"). It starts when you accept it on our partner application or sign below.
1. What you do. You tell real estate agents about RealtorLab using your personal link or code word. You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative. You can't make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
2. What you earn. You earn $97 (one time) for each Qualified Signup. A Qualified Signup is a new real estate agent customer who signs up using your link or code, has never been a RealtorLab customer before, and is still an active, paid customer 60 days after signup, with no refund, chargeback or failed payment. You don't earn for yourself, your own accounts, duplicate or fake accounts, or customers who came in through paid ads bidding on our name.
3. Tracking. We track signups through your link (saved for 60 days) and your code. If a customer uses another partner's code, the code wins. Our tracking records are final, but you can ask us to look into any signup you think was missed within 30 days.
4. Payment. We pay by the 15th of each month for every signup that became Qualified the month before, by PayPal or ACH. You need a completed W-9 (US) before your first payment, and you are responsible for your own taxes. If a payout is made for a customer who later gets a refund or chargeback for that same period, we may deduct it from your next payout.
5. How you promote. Tell people you earn a commission (for example "#ad," "#affiliate," or "I earn a commission if you sign up"), as FTC rules require. Use only the prices and terms on our website: $1 to try, then $117/month, or $97/month with your partner code. Don't promise results, listings, followers, income or refunds. Don't mention QR codes or TikTok, and don't say RealtorLab supports platforms other than Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. No spam: no unsolicited bulk email or texts, no scraped lists, and no bidding on "RealtorLab" in paid search ads. No impersonating RealtorLab or creating sites, pages or accounts that look like ours. Use our logo and materials only as we provide them, and only to promote RealtorLab.
6. Ending the agreement. Either side can end this anytime with written notice (email works). If it ends, we pay for signups that were already made and become Qualified within 60 days, unless we end it because you broke Section 5, in which case unpaid amounts are forfeited.
7. Changes. We may change the payout amount or these terms with 30 days' email notice. Signups made before the change keep the old terms.
8. Confidentiality. Keep private anything we share that isn't public, like customer details, upcoming features or payout reports.
9. Limits. The program is provided as-is. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount we paid you in the last 6 months.
10. General. This is the whole agreement on this subject. It is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes go to courts in Lubbock County, Texas.
