    When do I get paid?

    By the 15th of each month, for every signup that qualified the previous month. We pay by PayPal or ACH. We need a completed W-9 before your first payout.

    What counts as a Qualified Signup?

    A new agent who signs up with your link or code, was never a RealtorLab customer before, and is still active and paid 60 days after signup with no refund, chargeback or failed payment. You do not earn for your own account.

    Can I promote with ads?

    Yes. The one rule: do not bid on "RealtorLab" or close variations in search ads.

    Do I need to disclose that I earn a commission?

    Yes. FTC rules require it. Something like "#ad", "#affiliate" or "I earn a commission if you sign up" works.

    What does my audience pay?

    With your code: $1 to try, then $97/month (regular price $117/month). Cancel anytime.

    How do I track my results?

    Your partner dashboard shows clicks, signups, pending signups with their day-60 dates, earned signups and every payout. Sign in with your email; we send you a login link.
